As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adults-only celebration for our wedding. We hope this gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the festivities.

Yes—please feel free to take photos and share them. We’ll provide a QR code at the wedding to upload images to a shared album so everyone can see and enjoy the memories.

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but unfortunately only guests named on the invitations may attend.

Yes — there will be an unmanned open bar for guests to enjoy, stocked with a wide variety of drinks and ingredients for making cocktails. Please feel free to mix your favourites and show off your cocktail skills.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to get settled and find seating. If you’re camping on-site, plan to arrive earlier to set up your tent and secure a camping spot.

There will be limited tents set up for guests, and space is available if you prefer to bring your own. Bedding is limited, so we recommend bringing your own sleeping gear. If you need a tent reserved, please message Erik at 0488 513 763.

Coutts Crossing Tavern is a 5-minute drive from our venue and has 18 rooms available to book at your own expense. Other options include hotels in Grafton, about a 20-minute drive from the venue.

There is on adaquate on site parking, please follow signage.

If it rains, we’ll still go ahead—our venue has covered areas and marquees ready. Bring a light raincoat or umbrella just in case; we’ll provide updates via text and on the website if the schedule or seating plan changes.

Dinner is a buffet style, allowing for Vegan and Gluten Free options please let us know of any other dietary/allergy requirements.

While you’re welcome to leave after the ceremony, we invite you to celebrate with us throughout the night — there’s no strict end time as there is no nearby neighbors to limit the festivities.
